The ESPN-aissance

I had the tremendous opportunity to write a brief column/story about black reporters and sports casters at ESPN. I also was privileged to interview one of the great black sports writers of our generation, who through his actions and ability, is doing a lot to open more doors for minorities in sportswriting and broadcasting. His name is Michael Smith, and he also happens to be one of the coolest cats you could ever talk to. Enjoy.
